Rhythmic From Inax Click on the photo to see a larger image. Description Rhythmic is a series of interlocking porcelain mosaic tiles produced by the Inax Corporation, from Japan. This series draws inspiration from classic Asian motifs. Rhythmic's unique design combined with a neutral palette creates a balance of drama and subtlety. Colors There are four colors in the Rhythmic series. Sizes Rhythmic mosaics are mesh-mounted. Standard nominal (and actual) sheet size is 12"x12" (11.93"x11.93"). Applications Rhythmic is ideal for hospitality and restaurant applications, as well as residential and many other environments. It is suitable for both interior and exterior walls, and its interlocking design allows for 45-degree corner turns. Description Sentousai is a line of glazed porcelain mosaic tiles created by the Inax Corporation, from Japan. These mosaics are made up of equal length strips of porcelain in a staggered pattern. The face of each strip has a rough texture and the profile thickness of each piece varies. Colors & Finishes Pewter and White are the two colors in the Sentousai line. Sizes Each strip measures 9 1/4" in length, 1/2" in width, and varies in height from approximately 1/2" to 3/4". Each sheet measures 9 3/8" x 3 1/2" and is dot mounted on the back. There is a 1/8" gap between each strip. Installation and Maintenance Sentousai can be installed using standard installation methods for thinset adhesives. Use a high quality adhesive from such manufacturers as Laticrete and Mapei, following manufacturers' recommendations, depending on conditions. Grouting is not recomended. Stream Border From Inax Click on the photo to see a larger image. Description Stream Border is a line of glazed porcelain mosaic tiles with a modern look, manufactured by Inax Corporation, from Japan. Stream border is available in a flat tile and an undulating round surface tile for walls with an unusual look. Colors and Finishes Pewter and White are the two colors in the Stream Border mosaic line. The white has a glazed matte finish while the Pewter tile has a glazed semi-polished finish. Sizes Each color and surface is offered in a single nominal size, 1-3/16"x 5-5/8". The flat tiles have a consistant thickness of 1/4" while the slightly rounded tiles measure 1/4" at the end and 3/8" at the center. Mosaics are produced on 12"x12" paper faced sheets and can be installed with a 1/4" grout line. Installation and Maintenance Stream Border can be installed using standard installation methods for thinset adhesives. Use high quality adhesive and grout from such manufacturers as Laticrete and Mapei, following manufacturers' recommendations, depending on conditions. Clean regularly with mild neutral detergent.
