Customer Service Representative

Provide a world class, positive, buying experience for Stone Source clients, visitors, and stakeholders.  Proactively communicate with clients regarding materials, shipping, pricing and availability of new products and technical details. Proactively contact clients to secure orders.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales representative in sales-related activities; receive client calls, generate proposals and sample requests, send samples, provide pricing and other information as requested by client
  • Process orders, returns, freight claims and factory claims; follow up with clients
  • Manage projects in CRM on a daily basis
  • Interact with other departments to coordinate billing and shipping and to resolve issues
  • Display friendly and helpful service to clients and sales reps
  • Meet with clients in showroom as needed
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned

 

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 year related work experience required
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, CRM, and be able to learn inventory management system.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented contributor; must interface well and be eager to help others, as well as work independently
