Showroom Sales Coordinator / Full Time – Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary

Stone Source is seeing a full-time, exempt Showroom Sales Coordinator located in our LA Showroom. The Showroom Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing a positive experience for Stone Source clients and visitors.  This role proactively communicates with clients regarding availability, pricing and technical details of materials, as well as status of orders and shipments.


  • Ensures showroom is maintained to company standards.
  • Oversees the daily work activities of the showroom.
  • Performs or facilitates maintenance of showroom and equipment including cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintains inventory of office/showroom supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • CSR coordination and customer support as needed.
  • Assists in negotiating deals with customers when appropriate.
  • Helps salespeople discover and convert new business opportunities.
  • Works with customers, contractors and vendors regarding product selection and solutions.
  • Determines client needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions to fulfill the aesthetic and performance requirements of the project.
  • Works with clients in the showroom as required.
  • Technical details and product feature/benefits knowledge is mandatory.
  • Schedules product knowledge and training sessions; attends all training programs.
  • All projects and tasks as assigned and directed by management.
  • Other responsibilities or ad hoc projects as may be assigned.
  • Reports to Regional Sales Manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications 

  • Superior presentation/public speaking skills.
  • Strong interest in product and design.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, and be able to learn inventory management system.
  • Personable; demonstrating team-oriented behavior; the ability to work productively with a wide range of people.
  • Proven time management skills with evidence of personal initiative and discipline. 
  • Problem solving, analytical ability and computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM, and be able to learn inventory management system.
