Warehouse Manager / Full Time – Los Angeles

Job Summary

Stone Source, LLC is currently seeking a full time Warehouse Manager in our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. This candidate will be responsible for the efficient day to day hands-on operation of the operational department and in conjunction with company goals and standards, and in accordance with the responsibilities outlined below. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, delivery and samples. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency, meet company goals and standards and ensure a safe environment.


  • Manage and control the schedule of all warehouse staff
  • Track and manage inventory
  • Comply, enforce, review and train on all warehouse safety policies and procedures
  • Act proactively in the development of future safety policies and practices
  • Oversee work of warehouse associates and supervisors in all departments, safety procedures inside all departments, as well as assisting in all hiring and training
  • Act as a hands-on manager physically pulling orders as needed
  • Responsible for quality control of work being produced
  • Work with customers/clients, and coordinate with all sales and support staff as needed
  • Oversee machinery and routine maintenance program
  • Provide training and assistance on inbound quality control (QC) of natural stone materials as well as other products purchased by the company
  • Develop annual budget and monitor monthly performance
  • Responsible for purchasing and control of supplies
  • Ensure all order notes and processes are implemented accurately
  • Complete all daily operations and check sheets as required
  • All other projects as assigned

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service and supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Punctuality / excellent attendance required
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision; team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; quick learner with ability to learn inventory management system
  • Dancik ERP system knowledge preferred
  • Customer service driven
  • Understand and respect confidentiality
  • Periodic weekend work
