Ferrocemento

Ferrocemento is a series of ink-jet, colored-body porcelain tile. It has the look of industrial metal with a worn, or distressed, appearance at its edges.

    Thickness:

  • 3/8″ (10mm)

Rectified tiles are mono-caliber within the same production run and from run to run, allowing for tiles to be mixed and matched from one production run to the next and from one color to another. However, as with most man-made materials, shading may vary slightly from one production run to the next.

APPLICATIONS
    Suitable for:

  • Interior Walls
  • Interior Floors, including heavy commercial traffic
  • Exterior Cladding
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Tiles can be installed using standard installation methods for thinset adhesives. A grout joint of 1/8" or greater is recommended. For staggered installations, use 1/3 or less in the joints. Use high quality adhesive from manufacturers such as Laticrete and Mapei, following manufacturers’ recommendations, depending on conditions. Clean with a neutral detergent.
