About the Lower Eastside Service Center (LESC)
The mission of the LESC is to help New Yorkers who are experiencing problems with substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and/or mental illness. Through health and human services, they aim to empower and provide enduring outcomes, rewarding recovery and lasting hope. The organization has been in existence since 1959.
